Return Process

Once you have informed us of your decision to cancel, please return the goods to us. We will initiate the refund process upon receiving the returned items. Please note that the goods should be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Refund Timeline

We will reimburse you for the returned goods no later than 30 days from the day we receive them. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original order.

‣ Dedicated Package: $699 USDIf the ROI is below 1 (e.g., if the tracked revenue on the project dashboard is $599 USD), we will refund the difference of $100 USD (excluding Stripe fees). The refund will be processed within 7 working days.
